We design a payphone which can read a credit card number and expired date from the credit cards , and send to Billing system for authorization .

A public phone read the SIP account and password from the cards , and use this information to registe the SIP server . This payphone didn't buid in any rate table , the server will take care the whole billing system no matter it is post paid or prepaid user.User can use this account at his home or office by his own IP phone or ATA. When he go out , and he want to make a call , he can use this card to make a VOIP call via public phone.
